  • Day 1 and enough leftovers for the whole weekend

    Today is my first day and I am feeling pretty good about this. Thanksgiving leftovers are a great way to start Atkins. I have a fridge stocked with turkey, ham, veggies and cheese and I'm eager to get started.

    Just wanted to say hi and hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

      I really am excited about it. This is my winter for positive changes. I'm waiting on the new exercise challenges for December. Today I'm dusting off the treadmill and going to get busy with that too. It's time to get off my butt and move move move.

        Good luck...today is my restart day. I checked out the before and after picture and they are very inspiring. You can see how just 20lbs can make a difference!

          Good luck to you too, foojoy. It's nice to meet someone starting the same day as me, and we're pretty close in starting weight. We can inspire each other!

          Oh yes, I've been looking at the pictures - there are some incredible results here.
