well i fell off the wagon for awhile but im restarting as of today ive learned that 1 cheat repeats itself over and over.

Good luck everyone, I too am restarting today...........Of course the longest I have ever went was 21 days with a 18 lb weight loss. You would think that would have kept me motivated. It didnt, and now I cant seem to make it past 3 days on this diet. I have a goal to be under 200 lbs by May, and that is 98 lbs in 6 months........roughly 16 lbs per month. I need encouragement and hopefully this forum will do just that.
