I didn't think it was possible, but I am slowly gaining weight....hmm..I still work out everyday...I wonder if it's the peanuts and peanut butter because I did screw up before....It doesn't seem possible to gain when I don't eat any sugar or bread products...anyway I am really excited to start boot camp! I need help with this induction...I did really good for 10 days..then fell off...its hard to go at it alone! I am a bit dissapointed in myself. I came here in hopes I could do this no problem...then I realized I do have a problem....with food.
