restarting Atkins today. I'm
confused, do I or should I go by the food labels or the carb counters like Atkins, the USDA or there's one called calorie king. For example, when I use 2 tablespoons of heavy cream in my decaf tea the label says 1gr of carb per 1 tbsp. But on the Atkins sites and other sites recommended by Atkins the carb count for 1 tbsp is 0.4. Which should I follow?
Also, I have a question, how do I get a picture of my face?
