cabbage definitely is...I'm not sure about corned beef since I don't eat it...but if it's just meat not cured with sugar, should be just fine.~Joy

yep it is Atkins freindly if you removed any of the brine before you cooked it and didn't add any of the pickling spices that come with it.by the book atkinseer
