    hi i am starting my first day of induction can you have frankfurters they are from lidl there name is metz and contents are

    pork 80% water,pork fat,salt,dextrose,spices seasoning,stabilisers e450,guar gum,flavour,antioxidant e316 preservative e250 smoke

    may also contain milk celery and mustard

    i am just going to stick to scrambled egg to start with incase you cant have them thanks ginette

    Read the ingredients. If the ingredients are on the Induction Acceptable Foods list, then the food is Induction friendly. You might want to be weary of the salt content as some people are salt sensitive which can lead to high blood pressure and water retention.

      often food like this will have very small amounts of sugar. My personal choice is to stay away from it but to each there own. Besides, as n2L said it might make you retain water. Anything pre packaged you should try to stay away from. If you want something to eat with your eggs try going to a meat market that will make things fresh.
