does anyone know if decaff green tea contains carbs?

According to the Dr. Atkins New Diet Carbohydrate Counter, tea contains about 0.8 net carbs. I've always counted these extra beverages as 1 carb, to prevent overindulgence and to prevent me from drinking them in place of water.~Megs~

i once asked this question myself. If it is the pre bottled kind not only is it sweetened with splenda but it also has a touch of honey. If you make it at home you are in the clear.202.5/165/145
