ive been back to atkins since friday, although i was low carbing before that. As of today, four days later, i am down 15 pounds! Im going to the gym like crazy and eating by the book....not over eating as some people still do with low carb food. I believe there is something to cal intake which is why i dont over eat. I think the less cals i take in the more stored carbs i can burn. I know for my body it takes cutting carbs to drop the weight.....cals alone will not work.
