    ive been back to atkins since friday, although i was low carbing before that. As of today, four days later, i am down 15 pounds! Im going to the gym like crazy and eating by the book....not over eating as some people still do with low carb food. I believe there is something to cal intake which is why i dont over eat. I think the less cals i take in the more stored carbs i can burn. I know for my body it takes cutting carbs to drop the weight.....cals alone will not work.

    Dr Atkins says to eat until you are full, but not stuffed. From your great success, sounds like you are working your WOE correctly. WTG

      Congrats on your success. You certainly like Becky Sue mess up by overeating until you are well past satiated no matter the Calories. Keep up the great work and the big losses!
