i don't know if i'm eating enough. to tell you the truth, i'm scared to eat. not to mention i'm now 99 pounds and still feel fat. am i being delusional? i can't even take my medication anymore because a side effect is weight gain. i can feel a disaster coming on if i don't take my medication.

i really need to lose the fat on my stomach, i ride a bike 30-45 minutes a day.
