    leftover soup (tuscano soup from Lindas Low carb which is my FAVORITE soup) and I might make some Atkins rolls to go along with a piece of ham/pickles/mustard.

    start 1/9/06 (down 49.5inches as of 7/7/06)
    10/03/06- Im in a size 14 jean!!!!
    (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
    Foods I cannot have-
    Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
    spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


    I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)

      Tonight for us it's roasted chicken thighs that are currently marinating in low carb italian dressing. I'll make mock rice (with cauliflower) and a green salad.

        chicken breasts but not quite sure how to fix them.
        cheese slices
        some fried cabbage
        and probably some carrots

            i made the best stuff last night!

            i just slow cooked those chicken breast with some salsa and i was being lazy so i cut up some cabbage and threw in on top of the chicken, stirred in a bit from time to time and let it all cook for 30 minutes. it was so good! the cabbage cooked down and took on the flavor of the salsa. when i put it all on the plate, i garnished it with some shredded mexican style cheese.
