Induc-first day!

Today is my first day of induction and I'm already feeling the weak feeling. Im scared to give up my daily coffee intake b/c of the severe headache I get. I was just wondering if taking one caffeine pill in the morning instead of my cup will hinder my progress?

I plan on quitting coffee after the flu systems subside, which I hear go away after a few days..

What you could try to do is slowly wean yourself off caffeine, by mixing your caffeine source with a decaffeinated one.
