  • Kentucky Fried Chicken?

Sorry, if this has already been asked but can KFC be eaten on induction??....

I had some yesterday, I took most of the skin off, but had a tiiiny bit of it and I think the coating may have had some carb in it. It's really thin, but do you think I've blown it?!?

The coating is flour. So it contains carbs. Some people peel off the skin and coating in order to eat the chicken. I suppose with pieces like the thighs or breasts this can be done easiler than with the wings or drumsticks.

Use this as a learning experience. If you have any doubt about a food, check to see if it is allowed on the Induction Acceptable Foods list. If you still have doubt, don't eat it until you can learn more about it. Most fast food restaurants have websites that include the nutritional information and ingredients of their products.

      Thanks!

Hopefully I've not blown it though - I may have still been within the 20g allowance (I keep forgetting I can have that!)
