  • Are beetroots allowed?

    Hi, guys,

    Are beetroots allowed on induction? If not, when can they be added to our menu? Thanks.

    As you can see from that link, beetroot is not allowed. But the beet greens (the leafy tops of the beet) are. Beet roots are not reintroduced until the On-Going Weight Loss Phase.
