So I just bought a bottleof ketostix this morning just for curiosity's sake. I've been on induction for four days now and was expecting at least a "moderate" on the ketostix color scale on the side of the bottle. But I was only "trace"!!!!! AAAHHHH!!! Does that mean I'm not eating enough fats or proteins? I'm sticking to my 3 cups of salad a day and the 3-4 ozs. of cheese. Should I give up the cheese and see if I can get into deeper ketosis? I work out too, but I thought that would help me get further into ketosis. Or are ketostix not trustworthy?
