I started this woe around nov, 14th. I was down to 132 a few days after starting....then I went back up after a two day sugar binge. I decided to stop the binge and get back on track. I had gained about ten pounds overnight. After a couple of days I lost the majority of it. I decided to start on the 4th weighing 137, I went over on carbs on the 8th. I am back on track and my body is in ketosis. But today I weighed in at 139.5. Mind you before I started atkins I weighed 135 even if I over ate in calories I really didn't gain since I make it a point to go to the gym everyday. Now how is it that I weigh more now then when I started this woe??? Help me please...I checked my body ketones and fianlly today it changed....maybe I should just give it time???






I will hang in there though, see what happens....hopefully it will melt right off.....
