today i try to test my ketostix after 3rd days of induction. the reading showed,or in other words the colour turn between 5 to 15 mg (between first two indicator).pinkish to purplish.what does it means.Is good? will it help me loosing my weight.

The sticks can indicate you are in ketosis, but are not a reliable tool for measuring weight loss. The color can vary much like numbers on the scales, affected by water and other elements.~Susan
