why i'm feeling nausea...for intance today i ate few meals (roast chicken/tadoori). 15 minutes later i felt like wanna trow out everything. Indeed i did moment later.This is my second experience. It's also followed with trembling feeling when i'm hungry and exhaustion too.

Yes, as Jimmie 48 said, it might be the real 'flu!
But it might be a reaction to whatever you are eating too - so perhaps you could list exactly what you have been eating in case anyone can suggest changes?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Are you eating veggies with your meat? I often feel like throwing up if I just eat meat without any veggies. It sounds as though you are going through induction flu. Drink water and it will pass(I hope).Maggie(F) age 31

I wonder if it isn't something besides diet related? I have had induction fly before and it was usually headaches. I have never had vomiting! Poor thing.149.8/no weigh/ 119

1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
what the rungs mean to me:
rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
rung 4 - berries, melon
rung 5 - wine -
rung 6 - beans, hummus
rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
(on to pre-maintenance)
