Re: curious and wonder??
Yes, as Jimmie 48 said, it might be the real 'flu!
But it might be a reaction to whatever you are eating too - so perhaps you could list exactly what you have been eating in case anyone can suggest changes?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Re: curious and wonder??
Are you eating veggies with your meat? I often feel like throwing up if I just eat meat without any veggies. It sounds as though you are going through induction flu. Drink water and it will pass(I hope).Maggie(F) age 31

Re: curious and wonder??
I wonder if it isn't something besides diet related? I have had induction fly before and it was usually headaches. I have never had vomiting! Poor thing.149.8/no weigh/ 119

what the rungs mean to me:
rung 1 - more veggies

rung 4 - berries, melon
rung 5 - wine -
rung 6 - beans, hummus
rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
