Today I've had 20 net carbs. Actually 21. I had some pumpkin this morning and didn't realize it was so high in carbs. So I've had 1/2 cup pumpkin and 1 cup of cucumber slices. That's a little short on veggies for the day.
Is it better to go ahead and have another cup of veggies and be over even more on carbs for the day? Or should I let the 21 net carbs be it for the day?
I've discovered Fitday so now I'll be able to track all this better.
(BTW... I'm on Induction.)
