Well, I've decided after looking in the mirror last week to start Atkins again. I had done it a few years back and lost a lot of weight, but decided to try some sugar just once and it all went south!! I now know this has got to be a way of life for me. I've been on Atkins since Tuesday and can already feel the difference again. I was in ketosis by the third day and now I'm about to start exercising again and intend to stay on Inuction for an extended time, then move into OWL. Also, how do you guys get those weight tickers at the end of your messages?

Re: Sort of a Newbie!!
Adivine! Welcome back to atkins...
This is my second time too. I slowly bent the rules and then flat out broke them the first time! First it was a bread, then chips, then fries, then chocolate...ugh you name it, I ate it. But this time around I'm making sure I do things the right way and learning how to eat healthily.
Check out the Second Time Around Club--there are a BUNCH of us who are at this for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 100th time.
