What a coincidence! I just took a chicken out of our chest freezer to defrost. I might have it tomorrow. Tonight I think I'll have steak & salad...

Don't know what I'll have with it, but I'm going to try roasted green beans.

Last night we had rib-eye's (splurged from the good meat market), green beans, and sauteed muchrooms and onions. Hubby and daughter had a baked potato. I thought I would miss it, but I enjoyed that I had and didn't even think twice about it.

We had corned beef fritters (sliced tinned corned beef dipped in beaten egg and fried) with some brussels sprouts and courgettes (zucchini)
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Oh yeah! That's like the best source for recipes...especially induction stuff and she gives you so much info, tips, etc. to go along with them. I used to live on this site. One of my other favorites are like the cheeseburger pies, particularly the Whitecastle Cheese burger pie....yum!
