Well im surviving day one!! No cravings yet thank god! But then its only day one...
So far Ive had...
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs with butter, cheese stick and lotsa water
Lunch: Big salad with tomatoes, cukes, cheese and about 1/2 cup of tunafish and a bunch more water!
Dinner: Havent decided yet...probly a burger with cheese and salad...and of course water.
I know I can do this!! The first time I did Atkins I was so successful until I crashed. This time Im going to reach my goal weight and stay there!!!!

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
