Hi, i just started atkins after trying anything else. It is now Day 3. I have a massive headache. The good news is that I am not feeling so hungry all the time. well, wish me luck!

No need for me to wish you luck at all, you are on the right track. Keep going and you will do just fine.
A little tip for you to try and get rid of your massive headache! Drink extra water as this will help you "flush" the headache out of your system.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

today is my day 3 as well. i feel fine w/out any "flu" symptoms. i still have a sore throat, but that's totally unrelated.
um, today when i stepped on the scale (yes, i know, i shouldn't), i did a double take. and then stepped off and stepped on again. it is reading 240, which is 10 LBS LOST. methinks this is water weight, but i'll take it! although, it may be too good to be true. i'm afraid to mark it down on the siggy.

sure! i'm game. the only challenge i signed up for for january is to complete 50 miles by the ned of the month. so far, i have logged 2.
i'll be back in the swing of it by the weekend. the combo of starting the diet and a bit of a regualr cold have made me out of sorts.
what do we do as partners? daily check-in and hello?

yea that sounds great! i just support to get thru the days. today was tough, i weighed myself and realized that i havent lost anything! so im a little bummed. today i ate a cheese stick for breakfast, a salad with cubed chicken, and then buffalo wings for dinner.

Maybe you aren't eating enough? Give it time...the weight loss will come if you are following your acceptable foods.
p.s. did you make the chicken wings, or are they pre-made? Make sure they dont have that sugar coating on them.sw:243
