    well as you can see by my number...i went down from 208 to about 202.5 in 3 days. is that healthy?? belieeeeve me i'm psyched! but i dont want it to kick me in the butt later on. i've been eating plenty and keeping track of EVERYTHING. in no way am i depriving myself and i feel full most of the day. has this happened to anyone else in such short time?? or is it "normal?" i swear, back before i started atkins...i'd go to the gym 5 days a week and watch my fat intake (what a joke that was!) but i couldnt get below that 205 line. i'm honestly amazed...but almost feel like its too good to be true.

    Hi there! What a fantastic start! You are doing great! Do not worry that losing that much weight in the first 3 days. As Dr. Atkins states in the book this Way of Eating has a diuretic effect and you will lose a fair amount of water weight in the beginning. Enjoy it and keep up the AWESOME work!

      Hi Kelly - You are doing GREAT! Just keep it up. I LOVE this WOE. It's pretty amazing to eat steak, shrimp, fried cheese, 'mock' danishes, real ice cream, all kinds of yummy yummy treats AND lose weight!
