    Hello,
    Its my day 3. I just can let my coffee go. I had one on day1 and one today, day 3. (btw, i did give up all soda, im proud of that) Its from the Atkins friendly list at the coffee shop. She uses a very small amount of half and half and just a little sugur free flavor with expresso. Is this ok? Im used to having several a day and so far its been one every other day. I dont want to make exusses cause i realy am trying to stick to this.
    Oh and any suggestions for the late night muncher. I was more tempted last night than any time so far when my husband was eating popcorn and rice crispy squares, but i had tuna and cheese instead. Its worked last night, but im not so sure it will work over the weekend. Im scarred for the weekend to come. When im home i seem to be a closet eater. Please help with any suggestion because I cant be the only night muncher, closet eater, still tempted on day 3 can I?

    Just keep your eye on the prize and you will make it. You just have to make up your mind that your NOT eating that stuff anymore. This is very scary. I have only been eating this WOE for 2 months and it is so easy now to say no and choose a different snack. It get's easier, I promise. You just have to stick with it.       Thanks Tracie..Im trying..and its so nice to hear back from people. I think that just hearing that others did it and went through the same things is so helpfull.

        The half and half is half milk and half cream so strictly speaking not allowed on induction. does she have full cream (heavy cream)? That is allowed.

        Oh and any suggestions for the late night muncher.
        My evening snack of choice was chopped celery with mayonnaise in induction.

            Plain cream is fine!
