    What carb.protein ratios should I be shooting for if I am using fitday? I think this could help me alot Thanks!

    Hi MrsTessa,

    Fitday is wonderful. The percentages are 65% fat/ 30% protein / 5% carbs

      Fitday is nice for tracking those percentages. I know its helped me!

        Thanks so much for the info, sweetgirl2! I will just eat my normal atkins-type foods (chicken wings, small salad, a little cheese, etc.) and see where that puts me at the end of the day because right now, you would think i snack on sticks of butter looking at the chart, ha ha...way too much fat in the foods I've eaten today apparently.

          Fitday is my conscience...and it's ruthless and impartial. Gotta love it as a powerful tool.
