    Ephedra Stuff

    I have theses pills that are called yellow swarms

    they contain caffene . Gelatin, dextrose under other ingredients.

    Are these ok to use during induction

      Do yourself a favor and toss them in the nearest garbage can. You dont need them, and they mess with your body. Atkins should be caffiene free. Pills are not a healthy way to go.

          Why would you want to use them during induction? Your body is already going to lose it on it's own... I don't think that using the pills helps at all during induction (that part is said from experience).
