    Motrin and induction

    First day and the headache is begining... I sMotrin ok to fight the headache.. I have done TONS of water....

    Yeah it's ok. I don't think there are any carbs in pain killers so if that is what works for you the yes it is ok. Good Luck and remember it gets easier every day

      I am curious about pain medications and the caffine that might be in them during induction, I take Vicodin. I am not sure if there is caffine in them or not. A list of medications that dont have caffine would be very helpful.

        Motrin is fine. Induction flu is bad enough that I would not even stress over any negligible carb in a dose of pain killer whatever the brand. Including Vicodin.

          Thanks Joy i wasn't sure i was experienced enough to answer that but i was right. LOL It's alwayes nice to hear that from a pro. THanks again for the workout plan.

            there is no caffeine in Vics. it's codeine and acetominophen.

                Motrin was my best friend last week when I started induction - it really got me over the hump! Most meds will list caffeine if they have it. One that I do know that has caffeine is Excedrene Tension.
