Here is their site with their menu, you can choose before hand what to have, i do this alot when i'm going out to eat. http://www.chilis.com/

You can't really go wrong with steak, fish or chicken that's grilled (no sauces) just have them sub a veggie or salad for any high carb side. I've yet to have a restaurant say no to a reqeust for a substitue. Chicken ceasars or any salad with a full fat dressing will also work. Or hot Chicken wings, just ask and make sure they're not breaded or 'dusted' with flour.

I usually get the fajitas when I go... combo... minus tortillas of course.

Or I'll get a grilled chicken salad...

Or I'll get a burger with veggies on the side...

Or I'll get a steak with veggies...

And be picky, if you think something is iffy don't eat it!!

        Have fun!

Either of those sound fine. Actually they sound really good lol. No need to put the dressing on the side though? unless that's how you prefer it?

Nope, caesar dressing is allowed on Atkins, so you do not have to worry about it. i would count it as a carb or 2 though, as full fat dressings do have 1 or 2 carbs in them.

Sadie147 is right, no need to avoid many dressings, but if you cant find out whether they have sugar added it is better to add just a couple of tablespoonsworths yourself rather than have them drown the dish with dressing. I always order it 'on the side' so I can control and log how much I am using!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
