You can have sivester stallone pudding! It's expensive but it sure is pudding!

It is 2 carbs and 1 carb of fiber so that equals 1 carb.

      Grant..........
so good to know about soda...I wasn't really a soda drinker before Atkins, but in this week I've killed a twelve pack....which would usually last me 4-6 weeks....
anyway...time to cut out everything but water I guess.
      Thanks for the "hint"

All my favorite sodas had aspartame. I did find a few like Diet Rite which are sweetened with Splenda but they just don't taste great to me, plus you can only have the equivelant of three sweetener packs per day. I drink wayyy more soda then that so I didn't really have many options. Water really is the best way to go anyway.

But it has milk 'derivative' and dextrose (aka sugar) in it acording to the info given

Also it has much too much protein to eat on its own - remember Atkins is a highfat/medium protein/lowcarb way of eating!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Maybe this is wrong but when I NEED something sweet I have sugar free jello and whipped cream sweetened with a little Splenda. Is this wrong? It is really good!!!!!!!! Especially the green!

Check to make sure the jello is not sweetened with aspartame!!

I noticed you posted in this thread in January about 'needing' sweet desserts. Did you try feeding your cravings with a non-sweet highfat snack as higgies suggested? Did that not help to reduce your dependence on sweet things?

I completely cut out all sweetened foods when I started induction and found it killed off my sugar monster!! Now when I eat cherry tomatoes and sweet red peppers (bell peppers in USA) they taste really sweet to me.

Those of you starting induction might benefit from trying this too.

Re: Oh So Can I Eat Jello??

It depends how serious you are about the diet....I would say if you have a lot of weight to lose and are really serious then definately cut out sweet stuff and just drink water. I suppose I'm not following induction to a tee, I do eat 3 cups of vegetables a day (2 options from salad veggies and 1 from the other veggies), I do stay within in my cheese and cream allowement for the day (usually I have less), I eat lots of meat and eggs and I don't go over 20 carbs a day. However, I do eat low carb Jello with whipping cream sweetened with Splenda once in a while...even though the Jello is sweetened with aspartame. This is not slowing MY weighloss down, but that's not to say it will be the same for yourself. Also, if you addicted to sugar...I wouldn't recommend the Jello because it will feed your addiction!

i DO THE SAME THING. SOMETIMES JUSTA LITTLE JELLO AND WHIPPED CREAM CAN HEAD OFF A REALLY SERIOUS BINGE ON SOMETHING MUCH WORSE!
