Somebody Shut Me Up!!!
Oh My Gosh!!! i guess i hit that Energy Burst...! today i just could not shut up! 
today is day 10 for me and i felt it yesterday, but i didnt know for sure untill today... seems like i just can't sit still (which is a really good thing!) and i actually had to take my New Levi's and instead of Dry Cleaning them ((i have always had them drycleaned to keep them the same size i bought them)) today i stuck them in the washer in Hot Water - then in the dryer! Whooo Hooo! i had to shrink them! 
i was out of sorts a few days with my Induction Flu... then a nasty cold hit me over the weekend, but i did not cheat!!! and i still haven't weighed mysef (im waiting untill Sunday, when my 2 weeks are up) BUT... i can tell my body is changing! and if anyone wears Levi's you know how when you wash them & put them in the dryer how they really Tighten Up...? well mines tightened up JUST RIGHT!!! 
I LOVE DR ATKINS!!! this Way Of Eating is the best thing i have ever done for myself in my whole entire life! i feel Wonderful & i just cant stop smiling! i can truly say IM HAPPY!!! OK REMEMBER I SAID... SOMEBODY SHUT ME UP PLEASE.....!!! thanks for listening guys...
