I have a question.....
My aunt gave me some packets of powder that you add to water for flavor. They are sugar-free, zero carbs, the correct sweetener (suclarose)- ie: berry, peach, etc.. Are these okay to use? If yes, can they count as part of your daily "water" intake, or should it be considered an extra? My husband is using one a day in 20 oz. of water, and I wanted to check on this.
