Mock Danish? Induction Friendly?

im off today and i reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally had a craving for something sweet! so i went into Linda's Lowcarb Site and found her recipe for Mock Danish (with the cinnamon glaze)
SHE said this IS induction friendly??? i cant believe it because it was Sooooooooooooooooo Yummi.......! OMG! it was so simple to make and it totally satisfied my craving for something sweet...! are there other things you can add to this to give it a 'diffeent' flavor? i mean it was great just simple and basic, but now im wondering so when i do get a craving again maybe i can make it differently? i really hope i didnt mess up! 
and believe me! i promise, i wont eat it everyday...
