  • Barbeque Sauce?

    Are there any good low carb barbeque sauces out there... or can you even have it? Also what about salad dressings? I really like ranch and bleu cheese.

    From the allowed list
    For salad dressing, use oil and vinegar (but not balsamic vinegar, which contains sugar) or lemon juice and herbs and spices. Prepared salad dressings without added sugar and no more than two carbs per tablespoon serving are also fine.

      Breanne, I make my own bbq sauce. I like vinegar based sauces best. Just found a recipe online that worked (with substitutions for course).

      (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
      Foods I cannot have-
      Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
      spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


      I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)
