I just want to say that it's getting somewhat easier. I haven't caved in for candy or "libations". At my desk at work, I have a basket full of good chocolate and I haven't had any. Althougt a co-worker was mean and started to eat candy in front me, trying to tempt me. I called her bad word in my head and laughed. I've incoportated veggies in every meal. For Example, breadfast today. I had a baby spinach omlet (sp?). I used two jumbo eggs, 1 cup spinach, 1 oz swiss cheese, cooked in 1 tbsp of EVOO. I could only eat half, realizing that I was satisfied and not stuffed as usual. I did drink all my tea. It was a HUGE mug with 2 tbsp light cream and two Splenda's. Don't beat me up about the light cream and splenda. I'm good until this evening when I want my night time tea, I'll use my last allowace of Splenda. Thanks for reading.
