Day 4....

  • Day 4....

    Days 1-3 went fine. No cravings, no temptations.... now, on day 4, the thought of eating another egg or another bite of meat almost nauseates me.

    Any suggestions on how to get through this?

    Btw - I'm new here. I'm 24, f, 5'11", and 168. I'd like to get to 140-145.

    It's just 14 days then you can start adding other stuff back to your diet. You can make it 14 days can't ya. LOL Just stick with it and it will pay off. You can have veggies, tacos with cheese shell, Enchiliada's no tortilla, stuffed bell peppers, etccc....

      yeah, yeah.... I know you're right. I'm just being a baby I can do two weeks..... that's nothing!!

      I think i'm also getting scared that I'll gain and not lose weight. I'm trying to trust the doctor :P

        As long as you follow the rules you WILL lose weight, no doubt at all. Just keep your eye on the final prize and you will succeed. Any more question, just ask. Good luck!
