4th day on induction

Hello everyone,

This is my 4th day on atkins and I have lost 10pds. I am soooo happy . I started Tuesday 1/9/07. I have heard alot of negatives about splenda, that it causes memory loss, etc. Does anyone have info?

Congrats on your loss. Just a word of warning...you might not lose weight everyday and you might retain enough water to 'gain' weight. So if you see a weight fluctuation or a stop in your loss, don't be worried. Just post your menus in the "Review My Menu" section, continue to drink all of your water and continue to exercise.

Anyhow, there are alot of things about artificial sweeteners. For the most part, it's because they are artificial. But since artificial sweeteners are limited to 3 servings daily during Atkins, you won't be eating so much as to cause any of the reported side effects.

Wow, I've never heard of that about Splenda.

But I wanted to Congratulate you on the 10 pounds lost on your 4th day, Thats AWESOME.

Thanks I started at 189, this morning I weighed 179. I tried two diferent scales, WOW! Does anyone know how to edit the ticker?

Just click on it in area where you edit you profile and it will take you right back to it and you just change the numbers and repost the HTML!
