i know that yesterday i wrote that i would be really good. but today i had a flight and it was delayed for 6 hours. by that time, i was starving and i had to eat a meal and i ended up eating they only thing they had which was a carb-infested meal. anyway, i feel really bloated and feel like my stomach has expanded three-fold! i also feel really stuffed even though i didnt eat much. anyway, what happens now? am i off ketosis? will i gain weight? im freaking out! please help...
