    Hi, I am on my 6th day and I am doing GREAT!!! I have lost 6lbs with no problems. Being the third time doing this, its just like getting on a bike again. I am going to the gym 5 days a week for weights in the am and cardio in the pm. On weekends I am bike riding and chasing after the 4yr old twins. My husband is really supportive and is thinking of going back on this too. One can only hope.

    Boy do I envy you. Congratulations

    I started Atkins on the 9th and still no weight loss

    Began Atkins Jan 9th 2007
    Plan to lose it all by March 15th 2007.

      well just stick with it, its different for everyone. This is my third time and its still hard sometimes. Good luck

        hi euroasia,

        I'm on day ten now and when i weighed myself day 7 i was the same weight. So i know its disheartening. But i weighed myself yesterday out of curiousity and im down 3lbs so i'l be happy if i can add a few more to that by day 14. It does take eevryone a different amount of time to see results. But dont give up, im so glad i didnt throw the towel in. Im also glad i had emptied my cupboards of all the bad stuff or i would have felt sorry for myself and gorged on all my illegal stuff. Keep doing what your doing, your doing great.

          Great job with all the exercise! For the weekend bike riding having something like this http://www.amazon.com/InStep-12-PF25...sporting-goods for your children is nice. If your dh is into biking then you could buy two. Or the children could take turns. The additional weight on the back gives a better biking workout!
