day 13...almost there!

well today is day 13 and alls well. i bought the ketostix today and i am indeed in ketosis. i know i'm not supposed to weight myself so much..and after tomorrow, i wont. but today i FINALLY hit 199!!!! yess! i'm out of the 200 club!!! i've also been finding more foods that i can eat safely, out of my funk! yay !

Glad you are feeling great! I am one day behind you I think (started on 1/2) but I always notice your posts because we have the exact same number of pounds to lose! Hope the rest of your weekend is great!
