Yesterday was my last day of induction and today I was out of town all day and I just blew it, according to Fit day I had 59 net carbs!!!! I am so mad at myself
. I guess I'll pick myself up and start over, prepare my snacks ahead of time and plan my meals like I did the first week but I am so frustrated right now!!! I want this weight off and now I have set myself back for nothing!!!!!!
I really hope I can do this, I have lost 8 pounds but my clothes don't seem to fit any differently, I don't understand why this would be unless it's the abs exercise I've been doing I feel like I am building muscle but I still have a bunch of fat sitting on top of it, does this make sense. I know in the long run it will do good so I'm going to keep up with it, I'm just so frustrated right now.
