Yesterdaywas day 7 and was my first hard day on adkins.
I had to go through the court to get full custody of my son after a year of mess..... long storie short my horrible X lives on one side of north carolina and I live on the other and every two weeks I have to travel for 4 hours to the middle of the state to drop off my son and then two days later drive back to pick him up.
Yesterday I was diving to pick up my son, I knew I dident have any money to eat out so I packed something, just something small though (stupid me). I went hours and hours without eating because of problems we had on the road and then finnaly got to eat my food....... I was famished.
stupidly I desided to get a slim jim and a stick of beef jerky.... my mom ran in the store to get them for me and when she brought them out I realized there was no nutitional value on the packages... .there on the box which was back at the store. I was so hungry I ate them anyway....
about 20 min later I was so hungry, having cravings for my sons tater tots which I got him at sonic. I was wondering why because I hadent had cravings for a week. I then read the package ingredents for the beef jerkey and the slim jim.
slim jim had corn syrup
jerky had brown sugar.
I figured thats where my cravings where comming from
I did not cheat though.... unless you count the jerkey as cheating..... Im wondering if I need to start induction over because of the sugar or not
Question.... do you think I need to start induction over because of the sugar in the slim jim and beef jerkey
I know my mistakes though, not eating in a very long time and not eating enough when I did eat.
