Today is my day one, wish me luck! I'm going grocery shopping with my mom so 1. I can get atkins freindly food for me and 2. I can make sure mom doesn't buy one starch or sugar i'll want to eat. I know this isn't going to be easy because of my work. I walk/stock for 4-8 hours a day depending on my schedule and I only get a 10 minute break usually! I'll give up my candy bars & kettle cooked chips for pork rinds :[ I can't wait to get back into ketosis so my body can forget all those cravings for that kind of junk. I'm going to do my VERY VERY best to avoid the scale for the next week so I don't get discouraged. I'm planning on staying on induction for atleast 3 weeks.
