Day 13
I am so loving this Atkins way of life. Thanks so much for this board. I read posts the first thing in the morning so I will be motivated for the day. The before and after site is so motivating. Just to know that we are all working on weight loss with our everyday struggles and sucesses. So far I feel pretty good. I think I will stay on induction for another 14 days and then go on to the next section. I didn't exercise much this week as I had an injured dog (knee) that I had to keep from jumping around (to avoid surgery$$$$$). So my goal is to go to the gym two days this week and pull out some exercise videos. I'm not going to weigh myself until tomorrow. My ketone strips are moderate. Anyway...... time to get off the computer. Hugs to you all.
