                      Thankyou!

Hi Elizellen, so far so good. I have decided to take the batteries out of the scales and to only weigh once a fortnight...otherwise i will become a scale slave! You have done so well, i would be interested to know a typical menu for you was at the beginning of your weight loss journey?
Ajakol- we have similar start weighs and goal weights! good luck to you too, i'll look in on you and hope to see lots of losses for us both!

                        Re: Its Atkins Eve!

good for you for deciding not to weigh every day, Coralie it will make your first 14 day loss a nice surprise I am sure!
A typical induction menu for me was
Breakfast - ham and cheese rollups and a few cherry tomatoes
Lunch (usually at a local cafe) - Egg, bacon, mushrooms or a ham omelette with salad.
Dinner - some kind of meat or fish with roasted red peppers and cauliflower or brocolli.
Snacks - precooked chicken wings or drumsticks with the skin on, celery and mayo.

What I did was looked at the 'allowed list' and chose something yummy from it so as not to feel deprived!
