    hey there,
    this is my two week mark on induction and i have lost a total of 8 llbs. I have to admit I really did not follow the plan to the T. So i have decided to start all over.
    today i had sausage for breakfast with some eggs, and i had chicken with spinach for lunch. so far, i have also had 5 glasses of water.


    lulubell, havent heard from you in a while. how are you doing?

    8 POUNDS! Out of 36? That is over 22% - in just 2 weeks! That's wonderful!

      As Kylie said, that is a great loss for your first 14 days
      By all means if you feel you need to complete a 'clean' induction period before moving on to the main weightloss phase of Atkins do so, but many ADBB members find their losses increase when they start adding the OWL rungs and experimenting with what foods affect them while they discover their CCLL!
