Btw apparently when Dr A was alive one ADBB member asked the clinic staff if there was a limit per day of pork rinds and was told to limit it to one cup, which is not a huge amount, so do be aware of portion size!!

Good point! I can't remember who it is is now darnit, but one regular ADBB poster has the phrase "Dr. Atkins said don't count calories, not calories don't count". I'm guessing that's why Dr. Atkins said to limit pork rinds to one cup? I'm mean, the things ARE just loaded with calories, snacking on those all day would be like snacking on a bag of bacon bits =)
Great for the occasional crunch crave though.
