    Ketosis Sticks not a dark purpleis it ok??

    Hello ,
    Today is day 5 for me and when I use my ketosis sticks only half the stick turns a purple but not dark is it ok not to be in dark purple I have the atkins breath I can feel that awful sticky mouth so I was just wondering about the color I am down 4lbs ..

    so long as the color changes, it doesnt matter how dark it is. Physical symptoms are a much greater indicator, welcome to ketosis
