It's day 13 for me. This is the longest that I've stayed. My job is moving to NJ, me and my husband went today for a trail run. We got lost a few times and I got upset. All I wanted was some candy or a drink. We finally found the location and it's all good. It's 45min from my home. That's 20 min too long for me. But I get paid well, so I guess it worth it.
Anyway, it's day 13, I'm still cheat free, no candy, no vodka, no beer. It's been hard but it's well worth it. It's been a few day since I've had my pack of gum a day.
Tomorrow will be 14 days of induction. I'll post my weight then. I'm going to extend my induction, I have no problem with the food. I really missed having roasted chicken with the skin when I was on Weight Watcher's. And now when I have it...it's the best, fresh from the oven. I was on Weight Watcher's, so all my chicken was boneless and skinless. There's nothing wrong with it, it did teach me portion control, I still weight and measure everything, except for the chicken, fish and turkey that I eat. I don't like beef...really don't like the taste of it. Some habits are hard to break, but I guess that's good, the weighting and measuring. I do know portion control. but it still allowed me junk and I'd save points for candy and drinks.
I just wanted to vent a little to take my mind off what I craved. The craving has pasted
