    I would like to know what everyone is going to reward them selves with when that meet goals?
    My rewards are going to be SHOES!!! I figured when I lose weight and move down a size I wll either sell my clothes on ebay or take them to a second hand store - either way i can put the money towards kick butt shoes.
    Gotta have sexy new shoes to go with a sexy new bod!
    What do you all think?

    My reward for myself was a biggie. It kept me going for the first year and 1/2 strong! I wanted to go to a concert to see my favorite band (Stones). I set a goal to go see them after I reached -100 pounds. I went to see them Nov 2005 and it was worth every pound lost! My next biggie is for when I reach goal. I am going to get a 'makeover' with a stylist. I've been saving for a long time and should have enough to do it once I reach my goal (hopefully this year). I don't set little rewards for myself - just big ones that mean a lot to me.

      All my rewards are non-food and non-food related. So things like jewelry, clothes, collectibles, gardening tools (I'm a backyard gardener), day-trips, etc. are all fair game for me.

      I rewarded myself a mountain bike when I reached a solid size 12.

        Well, I am still a novice at this.

        I have been rewarding myself every weekend. It is a religious day for me, ( Friday to Sat) so I tend to have a treat. I know this is naughty, but I make myself a cobbler using coconut flour, and "dried fruits' I have used dried strawberries, and cranberries. I make it in a measuring cup sized serving and use a tiny spoon to eat it with. Coconut flour, I find delicious and very filling indeed.!!!!

        This is topped with whipped cream blended with a Davinci syrup!!!!

        I can hear the squeels already!!!!

        I was afraid to have fruit. I know I broke all the rules and did not use the "rung" method. I watched carefully to see if the dried fruit would cause cravings, but it did not.

        I did this after two weeks of induction on Atkins, and having this treat each week really helped me to keep focused during the week.

        I am now at my ideal weight after 5 weeks. It has been so enjoyable and this way of eating, I plan to make my new eating plan. It was really the easiest way I have EVER lost weight.

        I was 146lbs ( at 5.5) it was fine, but my ideal weight has always been 133lbs. I wanted to get to my goal weight before my planned trip back to England. However now that the UK Embassy have lost my passport pictures, paper work etc, I think I may lose another 10lbs just fretting

        I did plan to have a Burger King Chicken Sandwich with the bun when I reachend my goal, but now it seems silly to have it.

        Learning not to treat oneself with food is a hard habit to break I think!!!

          Mine's in my sig. I'm climbing Mount Whitney. It's a dream I've had for a long time, and the one thing standing in my way was my weight. It's a very difficult hike, and I'm going to have to be in very good shape to do it. Standing at the top of that mountain, and looking out over California and Nevada are my reward.

            I rewarded myself for completing a 2 week cheat free induction with a brand new copy of DANDR that I bought on Ebay.
            My next short term goal is 255, and I will be getting a MUCH NEEDED ( Haven't had one since October) pedicure when I reach that weight!

              I haven't thought much about my long-term reward, although a professional teeth whitening might be nice. I did tell myself after 50 pounds I was going to go to a really nice place to get my hair cut and colored.

              I am doing short-term rewards though. My sister and I are doing it together. We've tried things in the past like who ever loses the most by a certain time gets the prize, whatever it might be (money, a dinner out at a ritzy restaurant, etc) but that's never worked for us before, we never follow through with it.

              So, this time we are doing something completely different. Each week we come up with 3 mini-goals - things that we want to work on. And if I meet my mini-goals then she sends me a prize. I have a wishlist on Amazon and she selects from that. It's worked out nicely so far and it's a real treat to get the prize in the mail. For now, we are doing it once a week, but soon we will do it every other week, then once a month. And the goals don't have to be elaborate. Mine for this week are: To drink a gallon of water a day, take my supplements everyday, and no snacking after 7 pm.

                My rewards are usually clothes, but since I have a bunch of clothes that I love but cannot fit into that will be my reward...just to fit into my clothes. When I hit my goal I will splurge on a purse. I am a purse junky, and I have one all picked out.

                    I go there every year. Of course, I've never climbed it but I vacation in that area. It's absolutely beautiful.

                      A whole new wardrobe is in my future!

                      For now I'm going to reward myself for smaller goals with things like pedicures, a new piece of jewelry now and then, shoes... hmmm.... I'm liking this reward idea!

                        My treat for my first 50 lbs is this really nice necklace that I've wanted for so long and when I lose 100 lbs I'm taking a trip to an exotic Island and I'm leaving my cell phone home!!

                          Uhmm.. I did manicure/pedicure for one, I just passed the goal for a tattoo, then the next two are jewelry (diamond earrings & bracelet) then the next after that is clothes I believe..

                            Hi

                            When Angelstar and myself reach target, we have decided that we will arranged to meet up in London for the weekend and go shopping and then have a night out!!!

                            We have already decided that we will drink nothing but pink champagne all night to celebrate!! hehe

                            I treated myself to 5 pairs of shoes this week!! hehe!! I've decided not to buy clothes until I get to target - so I opted for shoes instead!!
