    I think I am going to be addicted to the scale while I am on induction. I know this is when I will lose the weight the fastest & since I want to see results - you guessed it - THE SCALE.
    After inductions I will be more concerned about the inches because after all muscle weights more that fat and I am going to go to the gym / or to my parents where they have a great treadmill. Yes I am being a bit of a coward about the gym because none of my shorts fit me. I refuse to by more clothes - I have so many nice clothes from when I was on Atkins before.

    I, after 3 months of this WOE I am still addicted to the scale. Try joining a no weigh challenge it helps give you incentive to not get that scale wich helps.
